Is this a good horse for jumping?
I am currently looking at this horse for sale, she is a grey 11 year old percheron/thoroughbred cross. Is this too old to start jumping with her? Would this be a good breeding cross for jumping? or is the percheron too heavy of a breed?
She likes to jump, but i mean is she too old to get into serious jumping, not just like, local shows. Here are some pics

Nope
as long as she has no soundness issues it isn’t to late to start…and TB/Percheron cross is one of the best crossed for jumping
Some are more robust than others (get more of ther Percheron line coming out), but most do GREAT in jumping, because TB’s have pretty petite legs which sometimes don’t hold up very well in strenous jumping….but with the Percheron in there is strenghthens their legs for the msot part and tends to mellow out the normally hyperactive TB
I was actually just looking at a TB/Percheron cross not to long ago o.O
EDIT: (to your edit) she is gorgeous…almost my dream horse lol if you know she likes to jump then no it is in NO WAY to late to start serious jumping, unless you are planning to like take her all the way to the Maclay Finals or something lol. If it is just rated shows or higher levels no she will be fine.
