Weird lip tattoo on what should be a Thoroughbred, it starts with a number followed by a letter and more #’s?

I adopted my horse Logan from a Standardbred and Thoroughbred rescue center, and I was trying to read his tattoo and it started with the number 2 and than it had an H and a 6. It has other numbers but they are hard to read and he doesn’t like his lip being messed with. I tried to do some research on racehorse tattoos but couldn’t find anything like Logan’s. The 2 is definitely not a Z, and the H is quite clear. I emailed the center to try and get the information of the person the bought Logan from, so hopefully I can find out his race name.
So I looked at the tattoo today and it is 2H6 34. Is there any chance he could be a warmblood? but i think warmblood’s usually have a brand on their bodies.

Hi, I’m only familiar with standardbreds, but I think the same holds true with thoroughbreds. About 12 years ago the industry started a freeze branding on the neck of the horses in lieu of the lip tatoo. I have had a couple of them in the past with lip tatoos, but no longer. Stretch the lower lip and try to identify all numbers. If your horse is a standardbred the # will be registered with the United States Trotting Assoc. (USTA) pacer ot trotter. The USTA phone # is 877 800 8782. Their web address is www.ustrotting.com I would call, they will direct you.
